Equipment Operator

The Aaron's Company, Inc., a leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail sector in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for its Benbrook facility. This role is critical for ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting merchandise, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and contributing to a clean and organized work environment. Key duties include operating powered industrial trucks (PITs) like counterbalance forklifts and order pickers for stock movement, unloading incoming shipments, picking orders, and loading outbound trucks. Daily PIT inspections, OSHA and company safety regulation compliance, and the use of RF scanners are essential. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, and mopping is also required. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay and benefits.
