EPMS Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute field activities including installation, integration, system operation, and acceptance testing (ATP).
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained during Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Conduct field trials and product demonstrations.
• Perform on-site work, with travel required within India and internationally.
• Take ownership of technical aspects of projects.
• Contribute as a team member within Engineering, Project Management, and Field Support departments.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in handling technical challenges, managing time-bound activities, and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of overall experience in similar technology, solutions, or customer domains, with a proven ability to contribute to business growth.
• Exposure to Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in field operations is essential.
• Exhibit high personal integrity, a team-player attitude, and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with Indian Defence and Government of India customers.
• Readiness for on-site assignments and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
