EPMS Engineer

EPMS Engineer - Delhi / NCR

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking an experienced EPMS Engineer to join our team in the Delhi / NCR region. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful installation, integration, operation, and acceptance testing (ATP) of our systems in the field. You will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements during Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and conducting field trials and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field activities including installation, integration, system operation, and ATP.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements for AMC.
• Conduct field trials and demonstrations to showcase system capabilities.
• Perform on-site work, with travel expected within India and internationally.
• Take ownership of technical aspects of projects and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member within Engineering, Project Management, and Field Support departments.
• Manage technical topics and time-bound activities both independently and as part of a team.
• Work with diverse teams, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar technology, solutions, or customer domains, with a proven ability to contribute to business growth.
• Exposure to Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in field operations.
• High personal integrity, a strong team player, and a growth mindset.
• Well-versed with Indian Defence and Government of India customer landscapes.
• Willingness to undertake on-site jobs and travel domestically and internationally.
