About the Role

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Software Engineer to join our team and work on next-generation agentic AI capabilities and automated workflows. This role offers hands-on experience developing Python-based services, prototyping advanced AI patterns, contributing to backend engineering, and testing robust systems on modern platforms.

• Develop Python-based services, agents, and tooling to support complex AI workflows and automation processes.
• Help design and prototype agentic AI patterns including reasoning agents, workflow planners, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Contribute to backend engineering tasks such as API development, orchestration logic, and seamless system integration.
• Build, configure, and test scalable AI workflows running on modern platforms like Kubernetes and vector databases (Milvus).
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall system performance.
• Document designs, experiments, and findings in clear engineering artifacts.

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience using libraries such as requests, pydantic, pandas, and asyncio.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, debugging, and testing.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore agentic AI, LLMs, and workflow automation frameworks.
