Entry Level Software Engineer

We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer to support our AI and innovation initiatives. Key responsibilities include researching emerging AI technologies and industry trends; evaluating LLMs and AI-powered business solutions; designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for Generative AI applications; building simple prototypes and proof-of-concepts using no-code/low-code tools or Python; analyzing use cases across industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Mortgage, Insurance, and Retail; creating AI documentation, presentations, and technical reports; conducting competitive research on market developments; collaborating with engineering, recruiting, and business teams to identify process improvements; and supporting internal initiatives in automation, knowledge management, and productivity tools.
