About the Role

We are seeking an Entry Level- Java Developer to join our team as a full stack developer focused on building scalable Spring Boot microservices and modern web applications. This role involves integrating advanced AI capabilities, specifically RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using technologies like Spring AI and LangChain4j with vector database integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust web applications utilizing Java 8/17, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Angular, React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Craft clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code while conducting thorough testing to ensure reliability.
• Perform rigorous code reviews to uphold quality standards and best practices within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Own the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, optimization, CI/CD integration, security hardening, monitoring, observability, cost/performance tuning, and deployment to production.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Implement RAG pipelines utilizing Spring AI/LangChain4j with vector database integration. Master chunking strategies, embeddings retrieval optimization, reranking techniques, and stay current on the latest AI/LLM concepts.
