Your Role
Leverage Design Thinking and a consultative approach to develop cutting-edge technology solutions for complex business challenges, utilizing a 'Insights as a Service' model. Contribute to a global business and technology consulting team focused on creating and delivering innovative offerings and solutions.
Serve as a hybrid Business Analyst within Enterprise client projects. Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions. Document business processes, functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Manage and refine backlogs in Agile environments, supporting sprint planning and demonstrations.
Collaborate with technical teams on migration projects, integrations, and solution design. Assume Product Owner or Project Manager roles as needed, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Maintain governance and documentation within JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms. Facilitate business discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support risk and dependency tracking, change control, and release readiness. Candidates are expected to fulfill various roles across Delivery, Innovation, Go-to-Market/Pre-sales, Centre of Excellence, and other areas.
Your Profile
Possess strong Business Analysis expertise, including elicitation, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with 5 to 10 years of working experience as a BA/PO/PM. Demonstrate technical writing skills to produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Non-functional Requirement documents, User Manuals, and Use Case Specifications.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence and a strong understanding of the Scrum framework, along with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Crystal, and XP. Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead business conversations.
Familiarity with technical concepts like APIs, data migration, and system integrations. Possess strong documentation and communication skills. A combination of skills in Migration/Digital Transformation, PO, Project Management, Delivery Lead, or Engagement Management alongside BA skills is advantageous.
Strong domain knowledge in AI, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, FMCG, or Sustainability is preferred. Comprehensive and solid experience with SCRUM and SDLC methodologies is required. Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
