Branch International seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and empower a team of driven engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will champion servant-style leadership, remove roadblocks, and foster a balance between engineering excellence and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing engineering team focused on ownership, impact, and technical excellence.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture aligned with our values: Passionate about customers, fearless in the face of barriers, and driven by data.
• Collaborate with your team to define and execute a long-term technical strategy, balancing current needs with future requirements.
• Act as a hands-on technical contributor and mentor, willing to engage in technical work as needed.
• Partner with other engineering managers and functional leads to establish direction and set ambitious goals for the team, engineering department, and the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a technology firm or fast-growth startup.
• Substantial experience as a software engineer across various organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
• Proven track record of mentorship and fostering career growth for team members.
• Experience and enthusiasm for recruiting, with a strategic approach to team development.
