Engineering Manager

This role leads the TAMC engineering team of ~20 engineers across two Scrum teams. You will own delivery accountability including sprint cadence and executive reporting, while setting technical standards for hexagonal architecture and AI-native integration patterns.

As a primary counterpart to product partners in India and the US, you will translate business requirements into execution plans and manage cross-team dependencies with platform units like Agentic Engine and ARC backend. Key responsibilities include hiring top engineering talent, driving the roadmap for next-wave AI capabilities, maintaining technical depth in distributed systems, and fostering a high-trust culture.

Requirements: 12+ years of software engineering experience (5+ as leader), deep Java/backend expertise with microservices on AWS, proven SaaS platform operations using MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch/Redis/Aerospike, and strong collaboration with ML teams on LLM integration. Experience managing US-India distributed teams is essential.
