8+ years in engineering roles with 2+ years leading teams of engineers directly.
Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, review designs/code rigorously, and build agent or evaluation harnesses when faster than documentation.
You are hands-on but not bogged down by sprint work; you stay close to the code while providing leadership.
