Requirements:

• 9+ years total engineering experience with 2+ years direct people management.
• Solid backend engineering foundation owning production services prior to transition into leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading teams shipping LLM agents serving real users in production environments for over one year.
• Expertise in system design architecture fundamentals scalable distributed systems principles.
• Practical experience with agent evaluation methodologies including golden datasets metric definition release gate strategies.
• Ability to challenge technical decisions around model choice architectural reliability cost optimization trade-offs.
