About the Role
Aris Infra is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive the next phase of its technology evolution. This strategic role focuses on scaling the engineering organization, rearchitecting systems for national growth, embedding AI-driven intelligence, and building a resilient tech foundation.
- Define and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Moderize current MVP architectures into robust, enterprise-grade platforms using Java/Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
- Earn engineering best practices in security, DevOps, QA, and reliability on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the integration of AI across predictive demand forecasting, supply optimization, pricing intelligence, credit underwriting, and workflow automation. You are responsible for overseeing full product lifecycles, delivering high-quality products, designing intuitive UXs, and establishing metrics-driven engineering processes.
- Build and scale high-performing teams by hiring strong technical leaders and fostering a culture of excellence and first-principles thinking.
