Engineering Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Lead (Browser Automation, Web Scraping) to lead the development and expansion of next-generation AI-powered automation systems. This role is ideal for a highly technical leader who enjoys solving complex automation challenges while guiding a small, high-impact engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered execution systems.
• Drive the technical direction and execution of automation initiatives that improve coverage, accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Design, build, and optimize systems that automate complex user actions and workflows.
• Develop scalable architecture for automation platforms, browser-based systems, and execution frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve system performance, monitoring, observability, and operational reliability.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies related to AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading projects or small engineering teams while remaining hands-on in development and architecture.
• Strong background in software development, system architecture, distributed systems, and scalable applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications, automation technologies, or agent-based systems.
