The Role

You will act as a player-coach, responsible for hands-on engineering delivery of production-grade enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions. You will design LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and orchestration layers while setting coding standards to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery from design through production support for complex distributed systems.
  
  
• GenAI Systems Engineering: Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt integration layers. Collaborate with Data Science teams to operationalize models at scale.

You will drive adoption of clean architecture patterns, CI/CD practices, and LLMOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, evaluation, and drift detection.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in a Global IT environment delivering large-scale infrastructure programs.
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Python or Java/C#, building API-driven cloud-native distributed systems.
  
  
• Deep expertise in GenAI: LLM-powered applications, Vector databases, guardrails, and safety controls.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure AI services, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), and ServiceNow RPAP.
  
  
• Certifications in Python, Azure AI Services, or Data Services are beneficial.
