Exemplis LLC, a dynamic leader in various industries, is seeking a meticulous Engineering Change Specialist to expertly manage the Engineering Change Management process. This pivotal role involves the comprehensive oversight of product modifications, ensuring the integrity of data across all systems, and fostering seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to guarantee effective change implementation. Key responsibilities include owning the entire Engineering Change Order (ECO) lifecycle, meticulously reviewing documentation for accuracy, facilitating Change Review Board (CRB) meetings, and training engineers on change governance. The specialist will maintain precise Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product configurations within PDM and ERP systems, ensure controlled documentation releases, and support audits and data improvement initiatives. A strong partnership with PLM and Engineering teams is essential to enhance change workflows and system integrity. This role requires close coordination with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to assess change readiness, evaluate inventory and material impact, and determine optimal implementation timing. The ideal candidate will interpret engineering documentation for production, drive ECOs to complete closure, maintain accountability for change status and timelines, and resolve open actions. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at the Cypress, CA headquarters.
