About the Role
The Data Analyst – AG Products Warranty & Telematics role is responsible for analyzing warranty, telematics, and engineering performance data to identify product quality trends, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across Agricultural (AG) products. The position collaborates closely with Product Engineering, Current Product Teams, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to monitor key quality and performance KPIs.

Experience Required: 2 - 6 years in Advanced Analytics and Data Engineering.

About the Role
The Data Analyst – AG Products Warranty & Telematics role is responsible for analyzing warranty, telematics, and engineering performance data to identify product quality trends, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across Agricultural (AG) products. The position collaborates closely with Product Engineering, Current Product Teams, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to monitor key quality and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze warranty, telematics, ADPU, NPS, and quality data to identify failure patterns and product performance trends.
- Perform trend, Pareto, root-cause, and predictive analytics to prioritize quality improvements for Strategic Development Projects (SDPs).
- Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Leverage Power Apps, AI, Machine Learning (ML), and automation technologies to improve productivity and business processes.
- Analyze vehicle telemetry from multiple platforms for predictive insights and service optimization.
- Design enterprise data solutions that integrate diverse sources to streamline operations.
