Engineer: Solutions QA

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects on test planning for Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hardware Acceptance Testing (HAT) scenarios.
• Perform verification of JSON data and conduct comprehensive solution testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for both functional and non-functional test cases.
• Provide support and training to enable customer support teams.
• Design and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards to monitor solution performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for initial debugging of solutions and support for internal customers.
• Gain a deep understanding of the solutions to contribute to their robustness and reliability.
• Exhibit strong ownership, proactiveness, and initiative throughout client delivery phases, including trial and error processes.
