About the Role

Join Verint's dedicated team enhancing customer engagement and workforce productivity through advanced CX Automation. As a Software Engineer on our QM and PM engineering teams, you will design and build full-stack features, support production systems, and collaborate across functions to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using Java/C# backend services (Spring Boot), REST/GraphQL APIs, and React/Ext JS frontend interfaces.
• Translate product requirements into well-structured, testable code that supports enterprise-scale data volumes and high concurrency.
• Implement scalable microservices and modular components while actively participating in architecture reviews and defining service boundaries.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security gaps, and technical debt; champion a "shift-left" testing mindset integrating quality checks early.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads including Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Data Engineers using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities—including LLM-powered features and speech-to-text—into product offerings alongside Verint's research teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, containerize services with Docker/Kubernetes, and implement secure deployment practices.
