About The Role

A Software Engineer at Empower India is pivotal to transforming lives through technology. You will design, develop, and maintain robust software applications throughout the entire development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

Essential Functions:

• Design, code, test, and deploy new features and components for our financial platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and ensure high system reliability.
• Lead coding efforts on specific modules while enforcing best practices during code reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Java, Python, Swift, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects with excellent communication abilities.
