React Developer Opportunity in Pune, India

Eaton is seeking a skilled and passionate React.js Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Magarpatta City, Pune. As a UI Developer in our India center, you will contribute to the Utility Domain, working alongside a diverse group of talented professionals including developers, leads, architects, test engineers, scrum masters, and DevOps engineers.

We are looking for an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities within a growth-oriented organization. The ideal candidate is passionate, ethical, transparent, and a quick learner eager to explore new technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance, cloud/enterprise-grade software applications.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders, engineering, and testing teams to deliver high-quality products that address customer needs.
• Propose and implement innovative, competitive technical solutions with significant business impact.
• Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews.
• Develop and execute plans for incremental and interactive project delivery.
• Work with the test team to ensure adequate test coverage and resolve bugs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of development experience in JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience in TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience in React JS.
• 2+ years of experience with HTML5/CSS, ES6, and responsive design principles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and version control systems like Git.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to resolve issues impacting deadlines and work effectively in a fast-growing company environment.
• A good sense of diplomacy and respect for colleagues.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio are a plus.
