Engineer

Join GE Vernova in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India, as an Engineer, Quality, on a permanent basis. This role is integral to ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for both quality assurance and quality control, encompassing the quality of products, services, and manufacturing operations. Your duties will include ensuring conformance in manufacturing, managing incoming goods control, conducting product inspections, and overseeing witness points. This position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical / Polymer Science) with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably within the blade manufacturing domain. You will expand your technical knowledge, understand key business drivers, and collaborate effectively with other teams. While operating within defined frameworks, you will have some autonomy to make decisions and resolve technical issues using good judgment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and you may lead junior team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Relocation assistance is not provided.
