Duroshox Private Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer specializing in Electrical systems to join their plant maintenance team in Pune, India. This permanent role reports directly to the Manager-Maintenance.

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment through comprehensive scheduled and breakdown maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities for plant equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct periodic inspections of plant machinery and automated systems.
• Develop and implement schedules for planned and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
• Provide support and guidance to internal customers to fulfill their requirements.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities undertaken.
• Train subordinates to achieve their goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to productivity improvement projects.
• Manage the maintenance spare parts system effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Gain experience in handling welding robots and welding machines.

• Possess relevant technical knowledge and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings.

Education & Experience

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience, or a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience.
