Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineer, Professional Services to develop and deploy client-centered solutions and enhance our service catalogue for clients based in financial services & healthcare industries. With a keen interest in industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends, you will provide robust, repeatable solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle complex technical project tasks, issues, and initial troubleshooting for clients.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks.
• Configuration and migration of Cloud Services.
• Management of small to medium-sized projects.
• Provide technical advice on planning and scoping calls.
• Achieve department goals by hitting personal KPI targets.
• Documentation of internal processes and guides.

Skills

Tech implementation, troubleshooting IT infrastructure at a senior level (Windows Servers), Configuration & deployment of Microsoft products, AI and DLP configuration/deployment preferred. Networking: configure firewalls, managed switches, TCP/IP and protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with public cloud technologies, Azure specifically required.
• Familiarity with industry-standard LLMs (Claude, CoPilot, ChatGPT) as internal tools or client deployments preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a system engineering & support role.

Certifications

Azure Expert, MCSE, VCP, CCP preferred. MSP experience is highly valued.

Work Environment

You will be able to commute and work in a hybrid fashion with client and internal teams. You are willing to work in a 24/7 rotational environment based out of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
