Full Job Description
Join our team as a Second Level Operations Engineer in Noida, India. This role is crucial for coordinating, managing, executing, and performing reactive maintenance activities that require advanced support. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous service availability and performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team delivery of services according to agreed SLAs/WLAs.
- Handle escalations effectively.
- Conduct CSR Reviews with PA responsible.
- Manage and report on TT/CR performance.
- Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all critical events.
- Provide necessary support to Network Rollout, D&P, and FM teams, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure all activities adhere to MSTOP guidelines.
- Oversee the release of MIRs in compliance with MSTOP guidelines.
- Monitor and review TT, CR, and AT daily.
- Implement and regularly review User Access Control as per MSTOP processes.
- Provide regular performance reports to the BO CA Manager for the allocated area.
- Participate in internal technical discussions to enhance overall network performance and make recommendations.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of departmental procedures and routines.
- Manage interfaces with Circle, Regional, and Central teams of OSD, MSIP, and GNOC.
- Initiate, support, and implement uniform organizational processes.
- Be authorized to report security breach incidents.
- Be authorized to raise CSRs.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Handling, and Technical Support.
- Experience with Ericsson Charging System is preferred.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, or Red Hat are highly desirable.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide Assurance support activities including Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Engage in System Administration.
- Support Charging and Billing operations.
