Engineer

As an Engineer at IKS Health in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Your responsibilities will include staying current with application knowledge, managing user and provider data within the EHR, and configuring the system to support critical functions like Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS). You will be instrumental in ensuring HIPAA compliance through regular audits and maintaining accurate provider mapping and content configurations. This role involves documenting, tracking, and resolving incident-related issues in a timely manner, while strictly adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. This position operates on a US shift schedule (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).

We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of EHR products within the US healthcare system. A bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills are required. Prior work experience of 2+ years with EHR products in US healthcare is preferred. This is a permanent, remote position requiring 2-5 years of experience.
