Full Job Description

  • Fair compensation, 100% remote, from your own campus, anywhere in India
  • No fixed hours: 3 hrs or 10 hrs a week, your call
  • Campus activities happen during your college week; no work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays

  • 3 months, extendable
  • Bring Suman to your campus: help batchmates get started in under a minute
  • Run a 7-night sleep challenge during tech fest or end-sems, and placement-season reset sessions
  • Partner with your student council, tech and cultural fest teams, and coding clubs

    • Enrolled in B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, PhD, or a diploma in engineering
    • Batchmates already trust you and come to you
    • You've organised something before: an event, a club, a fest team, a WhatsApp community
    • Discipline to deliver without anyone checking in every hour
  • You get:
    • Decent stipend, paid on the last working day every month
    • Complete schedule freedom: async, outcome-based
    • The chance to co-author a student-wellbeing study, where your college supports one
    • Certificate + LOR on completion
