Engineer III

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer proficient in Python and Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The ideal candidate will own complex engineering challenges while collaborating across cross-functional teams with a focus on quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain applications using Python (Django/DRF) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Create unit, integration, and automated tests ensuring high quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.

Essential Skills:- 6+ years of experience (Band 7 expectations)
- Strong command of Python/Django and Java/Spring
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and security best practices

Good to Have:- Microservices experience (Celery, Redis, Kafka)
- Experience in regulated environments
