About This Role

Objectways is seeking talented Data & AI Engineers in Charlotte, NC to architect and deploy intelligent customer experience solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge cloud technologies, deep analytics frameworks, and state-of-the-art AI/ML capabilities to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines that feed critical machine learning models.
• Create innovative AI/ML algorithms to enhance customer engagement strategies and predictive analytics workflows.
• Spearhead cloud-native application development using modern DevOps practices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Architect secure, highly available distributed systems ensuring 99.9% uptime for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven strategic solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience in dynamic environments.
• Deep expertise with Java, Apache Kafka, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and major cloud platforms (specifically GCP).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Hands-on experience managing GCP services: BigQuery for analytics, Cloud Run for serverless deployment, Pub/Sub for event streaming, and Apigee for API management.
• Strong proficiency in both Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) database architectures.
• Expert knowledge of cloud security protocols, infrastructure architecture patterns, and CI/CD DevOps lifecycle practices.
