Engineer II

As an Engineer II at AECOM, you will build essential analytic and design skills under the guidance of experienced engineers. Your responsibilities will include conducting engineering design, creating detailed designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and schematic drawings. You will also be involved in collecting and analyzing data, and utilizing computer software for problem-solving. This role requires performing work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules, all under supervision. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business Administration, with a Master's degree preferred. We seek candidates with 8-15 years of progressive project management experience, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Strong leadership, team management, communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, risk management, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills are essential.
