Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated QA Automation Engineer with a foundational background in performance testing for our Hyderabad location (PCS HYD). This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience who want to grow their skills within a dynamic environment focused on software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts specifically tailored for performance testing scenarios.
• Analyze comprehensive performance metrics and deliver actionable insights directly to the development team to optimize system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners to align on requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Actively participate in test planning sessions, strategy formulation, and risk assessment discussions.
• Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall team productivity.
• Maintain precise documentation of test cases, execution results, and defect reports using clear and concise formatting.

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of performance testing concepts alongside practical tool usage experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or similar platforms.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of programming languages including Java, Python, or C# for script creation and data manipulation.
• Solid familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling for load simulation analysis.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration and version control systems like Git to support continuous delivery workflows.
• Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and application architectures including microservices patterns.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
