Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Engineering Group in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and modify test cases to validate embedded software, cloud software, system algorithms, application software, automation, and specialized utility programs. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to design and implement comprehensive test plans. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, 1+ year of experience with programming languages like C, C++, Java, or Python, and 1+ year of experience with software or system testing, including developing and automating test plans and tools. You will apply your software and systems knowledge to support test case design and validation, write functional tests, assist in defect identification and analysis, and contribute to the development of test case automations. This is a permanent position with a salary range of INR 1,605,999-2,000,000 for 1-3 years of experience, working under supervision within the mid-level experience band.
