NMS Wireline Team:

The Tejas NMS Group focuses on designing and developing network management solutions for the entire Tejas devices portfolio, covering technologies such as SDH/SONET, OTN, DWDM, GPON, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS-TP, and IP/MPLS. The flagship product, TejNMS, provides a unified and comprehensive management solution for multi-technology layered networks, serving telecom service providers and enterprises. It offers robust fault and performance monitoring, an intuitive graphical user interface for visualization and remote provisioning across multi-layer networks, and adheres to ITU-T standard TNM architecture. The solution supports TMF & TAPI compliant standard interfaces, facilitating the deployment of Software Defined Networks (SDN).

Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

• Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and their complexity/performance analysis.
• Strong experience in design, development, and debugging using Java.
• Experience with middleware technologies like Hibernate, ActiveMQ, and Relational Databases such as MySQL/Oracle.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Microservices and Spring Boot Application development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NMS/EMS/OSS/BSS domain experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and experience with SDN controllers like ODL or ONOS is a plus.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the Telecommunication or Networking domain.
• Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or an equivalent degree.
• Strong coding skills in Python are essential.
