Engineer

We are seeking an Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. This role requires a foundational understanding of Linux commands such as grep, gzip, tcpdump, curl, ls -rlht, and cut. You will be involved in analyzing SMS call flows (A2P, P2P, P2A), checking SMS logs and status values, and examining USSD call flows and system logs. Key responsibilities include daily KPI report analysis, weekly presentation preparation, and utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing tool. You will manage CAB meetings, raise CAB requests, and oversee ticket closure processes. Additionally, you will participate in 3rd Party (3PP) alignment and testing, collecting and analyzing logs, and raising service requests to the Comviva L2 system.
