Engineer - Global Network Services

This role is responsible for driving day-to-day platform and network planning and operations within Tata Communications in Mumbai, India. This operational position may require seeking appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network enhancement, maintenance, and migration projects.
• Publish dashboards to track project progress.
• Perform platform installation and configuration.
• Provide technical analysis support for software, hardware, and network systems.
• Integrate and migrate systems with existing infrastructure.
• Create technical service requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Technical or Engineering degree.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in network maintenance, migrations, and enhancements.
• Expertise in various telecommunication equipment.
• Good knowledge of products offered by service providers.
