Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving day-to-day platforms and network planning and operations. It is an operational position that requires seeking appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network enhancement, maintenance, and migration projects.
• Publish dashboards to track project progress.
• Perform platform installation and configuration.
• Assist in the technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems.
• Execute integration and migration with existing systems.
• Create technical service requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Technical/Engineering degree.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.

Other Knowledge/Skills

• Experience in network maintenance, migrations, and enhancements.
• Expertise with various telecommunication equipment.
• Good knowledge of various products offered by service providers.
