Role Overview

As an Engineer in Global Network Services at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and operations of our platforms and network infrastructure. This is a hands-on operational role where you will leverage guidance and advice to deliver high-quality outcomes in network enhancement, maintenance, and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network enhancement, maintenance, and migration projects.
• Publish dashboards to track project progress.
• Perform platform installation and configuration.
• Assist in the technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems.
• Integrate and migrate solutions with existing systems.
• Create technical service requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• A technical or engineering degree.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in network maintenance, migrations, and enhancements.
• Expertise with various telecommunication equipment.
• Good knowledge of products offered by service providers.
