About the Role
We are seeking an Engineer for our GISOCC (Global Integrated Service Operations Center) R&D DSIS team in Chennai. This is a critical 24/7 support role.
Key Responsibilities:
- New service and support ticket management on COE SW subdomains.
- Incident ticket and Change ticket Management.
- Understanding CI-CD pipelines, Jenkins build/test stages, Valeo GenFramwork, and providing project support.
- Managing user requests for CoreALM, ALM NG, and SIE applications while adhering to defined SLAs and KPIs.
Required Competencies:
You must be comfortable working in a round-the-clock environment. Essential skills include:
- CI/CD Tools Chain: Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit, GCC, Nexus, Artifactory, TeamForge, Codebeamer, Klockwork, Blackduck.
- OS Administration: Proficiency with Windows and Linux is mandatory.
- Application Knowledge: CoreALM (Teamforge/Codebeamer).
- Security Tools: Static analysis (Klocworks/Coverity) and Vulnerability scanning (Blackduck).
- Release Management & Docker
- Ticketing Systems: Working experience with Jira is required.
Note: Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS) and Docker is a plus.
