About This Team

The Infrastructure team provides services including automation, observability, cloud/server/network architectures, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, database administration, incident management, vendor management, security and compliance. TechOps help teams monitor applications, create resilient infrastructure, resolve IT service issues, manage vendors, ensure cloud security/compliance, implement new technologies, and provide continuous learning to better value the organization.

What You'll Do

• Vendor Operations: Act as primary operational contact for assigned technology vendors; coordinate onboarding, service reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, renewals, escalations, and prepare inputs for strategic meetings.
• Technical Evaluation: Review architecture diagrams, monitoring dashboards, performance trends, and RCA reports to assess vendor performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Commercial & FinOps Support: Analyze cloud consumption, license utilization, invoices, pricing benchmarks, and total cost of ownership. Maintain spend forecasts and identify optimization opportunities.
• Operational Governance: Support Order Forms, Purchase Orders, PoCs, SoWs, transition planning, and lifecycle management. Maintain risk registers, domain inventory, and renewal calendars.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare decision-ready reports for engineering/leadership; coordinate meetings; escalate operational risks timely.

What You'll Need

• Technical Cloud Background: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP); familiarity with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, reliability, observability, and service delivery.
• Vendor & Service Management: Experience with vendor governance, SLA/KPI management, service reviews, renewals, and operational lifecycle management.
• Analytical and Commercial Ability: Able to review logs/dashboards/performance trends/invoices. Understands license utilization, cost tracking, concentration risk, security/compliance dependencies, and presents evidence-based recommendations.
• Communication and Documentation: Excellent written/verbal English; ability to run vendor/stakeholder meetings and translate technical issues into business impact. High precision in maintaining records, action logs, cost tracking, and renewal calendars.
