Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for rooftop solar plants.
- Perform inverter troubleshooting and fault rectification, with hands-on experience in String Inverters being a mandatory requirement.
- Execute inspections and maintenance on both DC and AC sides of solar installations.
- Manage maintenance of transformers, HT panels, VCBs, and LT panels.
- Identify and rectify string faults.
- Supervise module cleaning and monitor system performance.
- Coordinate with clients and prepare monthly performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is required, with a specific emphasis on experience with Rooftop Solar O&M.
