Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our Marketing Solutions team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence (minimum two days per week).

Role Overview

You will design and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot, build scalable APIs and microservices with PostgreSQL, and collaborate within a polyglot environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend applications in Java/Spring Boot.
• Create efficient SQL queries for relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot issues across the service stack to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Java.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling large distributed systems.
• Exposure to marketing tech or analytics solutions.
• Certifications in AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
