Full Job Description
Wissen Infotech is seeking a Junior GSD Engineer for our Hyderabad location. This role requires 2-4 years of experience and involves providing remote technical support to a global customer base. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows OS, Office Products, VPN/Citrix, network permissions, software installations, Active Directory, and hardware issues. You will use ServiceNow for ticket management, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a technical support role, strong knowledge of Office Products, VPN, Citrix, Active Directory, and printer configuration. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position requires willingness to work in rotational shifts for 24x7 support coverage and a work-from-office arrangement.
