About the Role

This position involves designing and customizing new software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. You will manage software updates/releases, collaborate with stakeholders on tailored solutions, mentor junior staff, maintain technical documentation, and use performance metrics to improve system reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (coursework/experience may substitute).
• Experience: 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
