GreyMatterTek Solutions is recruiting for an Endpoint Engineering Lead supporting a newly awarded five-year federal contract in Quantico, Virginia. This senior technical leadership position is responsible for the engineering strategy and daily direction of an enterprise endpoint environment supporting thousands of systems across multiple secure enclaves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee endpoint engineering activities including MECM/SCCM, application packaging, imaging and deployment, patch management, STIG/compliance, Group Policy, automation, and enterprise endpoint architecture.
• Serve as the ideal senior infrastructure or endpoint engineer who has remained technically hands-on while also leading engineering teams and setting technical standards.

What We're Looking For:

We require an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility to start, along with mandatory U.S. citizenship. Ideal candidates possess 10+ years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise Windows environments and a track record of leading programs supporting 10,000+ devices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• MCM/SCCM: Expert knowledge required (and/or Intune architecture).
• Infrastructure: Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience.
• Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell automation.
• Virtualization: VMware and/or Hyper-V and VDI experience.
• Pipelines: Experience with hardened image pipelines, automated provisioning, configuration baselines, and enterprise endpoint architecture.
• Security & Compliance: Extensive experience with DISA STIGs, ACAS/Nessus, RMF, POA&Ms, and eMASS. Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP Associate, CCNP Security, GCED, or GCIH) is required.
• Leadership: Experience leading engineering teams, establishing technical standards, and executing changes through formal Change Management.

We also value strong technical writing, briefing, and stakeholder communication skills. Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments, Digital Twin, ServiceNow, AI/automation initiatives, Zero Trust, DoDAF, or ICAM is highly desirable.
