Join EY's Security Technology Operations team as an Endpoint & Cloud Security Support Engineer in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating critical endpoint and cyber defense technologies, contributing to our robust security posture. You'll have the opportunity to implement new technologies and collaborate with various teams to ensure system security and resilience.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical oversight for Information Security technologies, ensuring they operate at peak performance and within service levels. You will manage and coordinate planned maintenance activities, driving the standardization and automation of processes. Furthermore, you will represent the team in project activities, ensuring your deliverables are successfully completed, and articulate technology issues to leadership across the technical stack.

We are seeking individuals with strong operational experience in large environments, adept at detailed troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration. Essential qualifications include functional/technical experience supporting endpoint security technologies. You should possess detailed knowledge of technologies such as EDR, AV/AM, Vulnerability Scanning, Cloud Operations, IPS/IDS, O365 Tenants, networking concepts, and scripting (e.g., Python). Approximately 4-6 years of security experience, including demonstrable endpoint security knowledge, is required, along with the ability to train and coach staff. Experience in large, global virtual environments and strong English language skills are also necessary.

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience. ITIL v2 or v3 Foundations training, a GSEC/CISSP or similar security certification, and experience in project management, service introduction, and service readiness are preferred.
