CLO Virtual Fashion, the creator of leading 3D garment design software CLO and Marvelous Designer, is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager for its dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is pivotal in aligning employees with the company’s mission and vision, acting as a Culture Evangelist while ensuring operational efficiencies and fostering an environment where employees can focus on their core responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate empathy and composure when working with a diverse, global workforce.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to design office environments and internal programs that reflect the company’s philosophy.
- Leading employee onboarding and offboarding programs, implementing benefits, and shaping the overall employee atmosphere.
- Facilitating business expansion by managing task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance across relevant functions.
- Assessing and revamping business operations processes to enhance efficiency.
- Reviewing financial documents, managing budgets, and tracking expenditures.
- Serving as a liaison between global offices to maintain accurate and up-to-date business processes and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in Employee Experience or Administration roles.
- A strong understanding of administrative tasks, including procurement, budgeting, and welfare programs, viewed through the lens of employee engagement.
- Extensive experience collaborating with back-office operations to ensure seamless office infrastructure and operational efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and Compliance SOPs.
- Proficiency in communication and office productivity tools such as Google Workplace, MS Office, and Slack.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; other languages are a plus.
Ideal candidates will also possess:
- Proven experience with office relocation or global office setup projects.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., Keka, Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Experience in a startup environment with 50+ employees or with global teams.
