Your mission is to translate organizational values into tangible experiences and rituals that define our workplace.

What You'll Do

• Drive Cultural Connection: Lead the planning and execution of regional employee programs and impactful events at our Bangalore office to foster team cohesion and celebrate achievements.
• Champion New Hire Onboarding: Oversee the APJ new hire orientation, ensuring a seamless and inspiring integration into Everpure's mission from day one.
• Translate Data into Action: Analyze global engagement survey data to identify regional trends, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational health and the employee experience.
• Champion the Brand: Support Everpure's global response strategy and promote our employer brand across review platforms.
• Manage Strategic Resources: Effectively manage regional engagement budgets and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient delivery of initiatives for our diverse global workforce.

What You Bring

• Program Management & Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and events from inception to completion, emphasizing quality delivery and creative problem-solving.
• Strategic Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and effectively convey employee experience insights to senior leadership.
• Analytical Mindset: Skill in interpreting feedback and engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify strategic improvement areas.
• Operational Agility: A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, managing vendor partnerships, and maintaining flexibility during busy periods for successful event execution.

Location: This is a primarily in-office role. You are expected to work from the Bangalore office in adherence to Everpure's policies, except during approved leave, PTO, or work travel.
