Embedded Software Engineer

About the Role

Join Flex-N-Gate to translate complex customer needs into robust software architecture specifications, develop advanced embedded systems, and validate critical functions within safety-critical electronic modules designed for leading automotive OEMs. This role is based in Mumbai.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Spearheading system engineering of real-time embedded software across the full lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, and rigorous validation testing for automotive microcontroller modules.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with customers, program managers, electronic teams, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing specialists to define product requirements and validate performance excellence.
• Developing comprehensive software testing protocols for manufacturing integration, EMC compliance, and environmental durability assessments.
• Led initiatives to enhance software tools and processes, driving customer satisfaction and achieving high levels of software reliability.
