Embedded Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to develop and integrate embedded software modules for our FCC platform on an eVTOL project. The successful candidate will work under the software lead to ensure compliance with DO-178C DAL A standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded software modules for the FCC platform using Embedded C.
• Implement software requirements and designs in an RTOS-based environment.
• Perform unit testing, software integration testing, debugging, and defect correction.
• Analyze issues, support root-cause investigation, and document resolutions.
• Participate in requirements, design, code, test, and peer reviews.
• Use version control and configuration management practices for software baselines and changes.
• Develop and integrate communication interfaces and device-level software as applicable.

Requirements:This position requires 2 to 5 years of experience. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in embedded systems, expertise in Embedded C, RTOS environments, testing and debugging practices, knowledge of avionics standards (DO-178C), and the ability to produce technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Aerospace, or a related discipline.
