Full Job Description

We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team at R&I Park, IIT Delhi. You will develop high-reliability firmware on STM32, TI, and Espressif microcontrollers for power conversion systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop embedded C/C++ firmware with state machines and fault handling.
  • Configure MCU peripherals (ADC, DMA, PWM, CAN) and implement communication protocols like CAN and OTA updates.
  • Lead board bring-up, hardware-software integration, debugging, and system validation using oscilloscopes and analyzers.
Required Skills:
  • Baremetal and RTOS firmware development on STM32/TI/Espressif.
  • IoT protocols: WiFi, BLE, MQTT, Websockets.
  • Deep knowledge of bootloaders, Flash memory, CAN automotive diagnostics.
Educational Requirements:
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science with 2+ years experience.
