Email security Engineer

We are seeking an **Email Security Engineer** to join our team at Genpact. The ideal candidate will have **2-5 years of experience** in email security administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365/Exchange Online/Exchange Server and Cisco Secure Email (IronPort) for email gateway management. Key responsibilities include policy management, mail flow optimization, threat protection, and DMARC enforcement using Valimail. A deep understanding of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), DNS, PKI, and encryption is essential. Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and cybersecurity best practices is a must. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are required. Certifications in cybersecurity or Microsoft technologies are a plus. This role is designed for immediate joiners and is available in hybrid locations like Hyderabad & Delhi NCR.
